BOOTY BAND FITNESS

TNTs Booty band class is a 1 hr class that’s set to super fun music (90’s to current)!! This workout will isolate and target all glute/lower body muscles using resistance bands. Exercises will consist of assorted variations of squat/lunge type movements (w/ some modifications available).

This class is free for Gym Membership

Boot camp

This is a challenging 45 min class but don’t worry, modifications are available. Come join us for this calorie blasting workout which focuses on core stabilization, strength training and plyometric drill work!! You’ll be glad you came and challenged yourself!

 

Zumba

Zumba is back! Dance the calories away with this great fat-burning exercise class! Feel free to bring a friend to enjoy this experience together while breaking a sweat.
