Boot camp
This is a challenging 45 min class but don’t worry, modifications are available. Come join us for this calorie blasting workout which focuses on core stabilization, strength training and plyometric drill work!! You’ll be glad you came and challenged yourself!
Zumba
Zumba is back! Dance the calories away with this great fat-burning exercise class! Feel free to bring a friend to enjoy this experience together while breaking a sweat.
